Thanks, Juan. Good morning, everybody. Now I'm sure you have all read through the results. I'm conscious they're not that long. So really, this is about giving you a chance to ask any questions. Just while you're gathering your thoughts, what I thought I'd do is briefly pull out a few key headlines from the quarter for you. I think the -- I'd best summarize that as we continue to do the right things and remain disciplined while making good progress on the transformation and positioning ourselves well as we look ahead.
