Ladies and gentlemen, a very cordial welcome to the Annual General Meeting of UBS Group AG, which again will be a webcast only unfortunately. And I would like to thank you for your interest, pursuant to Article 13 of the Articles of Association of UBS Group AG, I herewith open the Annual General Meeting and shall share it, Ralph Hamers, our Group CEO; and Markus Baumann, Secretary General are participating in the Annual General Meeting physically, are here with the point Markus Baumann to keep the minutes.
