Matt, maybe to start off, give us a brief overview of the business and the markets you operate in today.
Sure. OUTFRONT Media is an out-of-home advertising business. We have a combination of billboard and transit advertising assets. Company is about $1.8 billion of revenue. We have a national footprint primarily focused on the large markets on the NFL cities. We have a major presence really in all the large cities, focusing heavily on New York, Los Angeles and going in Miami.
