Good afternoon. I'm Ian Zaffino, I'm the equity research analyst that covers Outfront Media. I have an outperform rating on the company. I have a $32 price starter. The company just reported earnings the other day, very, very strong -- raised their guidance, beat numbers, so I guess something like the 20th quarter in a row that they've beaten their guidance. So pretty impressive run by you guys. And this quarter was particularly notable for its strong growth. What sort of driven that? And maybe just give us a little bit of color on the quarter.

And in Q2, we had a revenue increase of just under 15%, similar increase in EBITDA or OIBDA and a $0.25 increase in the FFO. So strength right the way across the business, actually.
