We'll go ahead and get started. I know people will come tripping back in the room. For those of you listening to the webcast, I think we're -- thanks for bearing with us, a few minutes behind, but not too bad in the grand scheme of things. So we're going to dive right into it. So continuing with our local theme, we just finished with Perry Sook from Nexstar and we had a great conversation about local media. And as he's leaving the stage, I said, "Guess who's coming up next, Jeremy and Outfront. He said, "Oh, my gosh." He said that it's such a major part of the local business economy and advertising economy. It's perfectly juxtaposed.
