Dear shareholders and distinguished guests, I'm pleased to welcome you to the Seventh Annual General Meeting of Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company. On behalf of the Board of Directors, I'd like to thank you for joining us today, and we ask for your cooperation in transacting the business of this general meeting. The Group CEO, Panicos Nicolaou, is also present with us to address any questions. (foreign language)

From this point onwards, the meeting will be conducted in English, as usual, but we'll revert to Greek as necessary. As required by the bank's Articles of Association, I ask the Company Secretary, Mrs. Katia Santis, to confirm quorum and to announce the participation figures.
