Good morning. My name is Bill Sumas, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Vice President of Village. On behalf of the entire Board, our officers and employees, I would like to welcome you to the village supermarket 2023 Annual Shareholders Meeting and thank you for attending. We are pleased to conduct our annual meeting virtually again this year before we begin the formal business of the meeting.
