Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. My name is Robert Cross, Chair and Director of B2Gold. And it's my pleasure to welcome you and to call to order the 2023 Annual General and Special Meeting of the Shareholders of B2Gold.

We're also hosting the meeting through a virtual platform accessible to all our shareholders who have followed the procedures described in the information circular to participate, submit questions and vote regardless of physical location.

Before we begin, we would like to respectfully acknowledge that we are gathered today on the unseated territories of the Musqueam, Squamish and Tseil-Waututh First Nations. I will act as Chair of this meeting, and I appoint Randall Chatwin to my left, Senior Vice President, Legal and Corporate Communications of the company to act as Recording Secretary of this meeting; and Yanne Yu of Computershare Investor Services, Inc. to act as scrutineer for this meeting.
