Thank you. Good morning. Welcome to Unilever's first quarter trading update. We hope that you're staying safe and keeping healthy in these uncertain times.

Given the exceptional circumstances created by the COVID-19 outbreak, we're presenting our trading update to you from our respective homes, in line with the physical distancing protocols. So please bear with us if things are not quite as smooth as you normally expect.

Alan will begin with an overview of how we're managing the business through the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic before passing to Graeme to cover the results and performance in our divisions and regions. Alan will then wrap up with some comments on our outlook for 2020. We'll keep the prepared remarks to somewhere around 30 to 40 minutes, leaving plenty of time for Q&A.
