Good morning, everyone, and welcome to the call. I'm joined here today by Alan and Graeme. Alan is going to begin with a short statement, and then we'll take some questions for about 15 minutes. So with that, let me hand straight over to Alan.

Thanks, Richard, and good morning, everybody. Thanks for joining the call at very short notice. We appreciate it. You will have seen we put out a sales update this morning, and I'd like to share a little bit more color around that.

What we've announced today is that we do expect to fall slightly short of our full year 2019 underlying sales growth guidance. We have previously guided to being within the lower half of our multiyear 3% to 5% range, so in the 3% to 4% space. And we do now expect to be slightly below this. As we said in the announcement this morning, we don't expect this to impact our earnings, margin or cash delivery versus previous guidance.
