Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to this Salle Wagram. I hope there's not too much of an echo in here and that you can hear me properly.

I'm very happy to see you after 2 years where our meetings were held in camera. Thank you very much for taking part in today's general assembly that I will be chairing.

The meeting is open. Alongside myself, we have AndrÃ© FranÃ§ois-Poncet, President of the Executive Board; David Darmon, member of the same Board; and Caroline Bertin Delacour, General Secretary of Wendel.

In the room, we have my cousin, friend and predecessor FranÃ§ois de Wendel, who's been kind enough to come over today. And we have the different members from the Wendel Supervisory Board.

So for the Bureau, we have -- sorry, I'll be chairing this assembly and the Bureau. I suggest that we appoint two tellers. And I will be -- so once again, I'm chairing this assembly.
