Good afternoon and welcome to this beautiful auditorium, Salle Wagram. And I would like to greet my predecessor, who is here sitting on the front row, FranÃ§ois de Wendel. And I'm delighted to take over from him. This is my first AGM and I hope you will not hold it against me if I make any mistakes.

This meeting is open. It has an ordinary part and an extraordinary part because of the resolutions. This is an open public event. It is being filmed and shown on the website where it will be available later on.

I have next to me, Andre FranÃ§ois-Poncet, Caroline Bertin Delacour. Some member of the Executive Board, Supervisory Board, Catherine -- Caroline Bertin Delacour is a member of the staff. We have Guylaine Saucier also who runs the Audit Committee and Jacqueline Tammenoms Bakker, who runs the Governance Committee.

In my capacity as Chair of the Board, I would like to appoint 2 scrutineers. And on the front row, we have Mrs. Priscilla de Moustier and JÃ©rÃ´me (inaudible), who are the 2 main shareholders,
