Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I would like to commence today's meeting by acknowledging the traditional owners of the land we meet on today, the Gadigal people of the Eora Nation, and pay my respect to elders, both past and present. I would also like to welcome any First Nations' people who have joined us here today. Thank you.

I would like to introduce the Board to you. On my far right is Angus McNaughton. Seated beside him -- very popular Angus -- is Dr. Eileen Doyle. And beside Eileen is Tracey Horton, and Gene Tilbrook. And on my far left is Lim Swe Guan; Michelle Somerville; our general counsel, James Coyne; and our CEO and Managing Director, Bob Johnston.

Also with us in the front row is the executive leadership team of GPT. I'm not going to introduce all of them to you. But later, after we -- at the close of the meeting, please feel free to speak with them. And we're also joined by our auditors, Sue Horlin.
