Good day, and welcome to the AIkido Pharma, Incorporated special meeting of stockholders. I would now like to turn the conference over to Robert Sanders and then please go ahead.
Good morning. Most of you know me. I am Robert Vander Zanden, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aikido Pharma Inc, and I will act as Chairman of this special meeting of stockholders. Anthony Hayes, Chief Executive Officer of the company, will act as Secretary of this meeting. Before we begin the formal business of this meeting, I would like to introduce you to those of our Directors who are also present at this meeting.
