Welcome to the Annual Meeting for AIkido Pharma Inc. Our host for today's call is Anthony Hayes, Chief Executive Officer. At this time, all participants will be in a listen-only mode. I will now turn the call over to your host. Mr. Hayes, you may begin, sir.
Good morning, everyone. I'm Anthony Hayes, Chief Executive Officer of AIkido Pharma Inc., and I will act as Chairman of this Annual Meeting of Stockholders. Paul LeMire, Board member will act as Secretary of this meeting.
Before we begin the formal business of this meeting, I'd like to introduce you to those of our directors who are also present at this meeting: Mr. Gregory Blattner, Mr. Robert Dudley, Mr. Tim Ledwick, and Mr. Kyle Wool. Our agenda this morning will be to first take action on the three principal official items of the business that are described in the notice of meeting tabulated votes. And we will finish with the formal meeting by reporting on the outcome of the meeting.
