Thank you very much for joining this call this morning, which have been organized at a short notice, but there was tremendous interest in the investor community on the latest acquisition that we have made of St. Charles Consulting Group. There were certain clarifications that we wanted to give as well and answer questions and also explain the transaction much more in detail.
