Thanks. Good afternoon. Thank you very much for joining us today. I know it's a weekend, and it's now the second successive time that we are having this discussion on a weekend. But thank you very much for your interest as well as for participating in this call. And we do appreciate that you may have had a busy weekend scheduled and for you to give us time for that. Today, in today's call, we have 3 discussion points: One is about the quarter 1 and -- quarter 1 of FY '20 business performance, which my colleague, Sapnesh Lalla, will take us through, and he will also discuss future directions and opportunities; the second is, while we have discussed this partly before, but I wanted to review it with you the significant transaction that happened in quarter 1 and the -- its impact on the financials; and the third, we had also discussed in the last meeting that the Board had formed a special committee to look at the going-forward plans of the company as well as rewarding shareholders from the proceeds that
