Okay. Thank you very much. Good afternoon. Welcome back. Hopefully you guys have been able to grab some lunch. I see some plates out there, so it's fantastic. My name is Bill Katz. I am the asset manager and retail broker sell-side analyst. I also covers the group. On behalf of Crédit Suisse, excited that everyone came out to our 24th Annual Financial Services Conference forum. This is our first year on the Team. So we're super excited. We don't cover Ares at this point in time, but we've gotten to know the company a little bit, and they were generous enough to come on down and do a fireside with us.
