We're going to get started with our next session. It's my pleasure to introduce our next company, Ares Management. And with us today is Michael Arougheti, Co-Founder, CEO and President of Ares Management. In addition, Michael is a member of the Executive Management Committee and Co-Chairman of ARCC. Also with us today is Michael McFerran, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Michael joined Ares in 2015 and prior to joining the firm, he's at KKR and Ernst & Young.

Ares is a leading alternative asset manager that has 3 segments: credit, private equity and real estate, but has more scale in credit and generates a higher portion of more stable fee-related earnings than most of its peers. The firm has generated attractive returns, robust asset and FRE growth. And more recently, has benefited from a broader investor base, posted C-Corp conversion and increased liquidity.
