CEO Dirk Van de Put is about 1 year into his role at the company and has set in motion a new strategy and culture that pivots Mondelez to a more growth-oriented [model], balance between sales growth and margin, margin percentage and profit dollars, and Power Brands versus local gems are all part of the plan.
