Good morning, and welcome to CTP's annual results presentation for 2021. Happy to introduce Remon Vos, CEO; Richard Wilkinson, CFO; and Barbara Knoflach, the Chair. We will have a presentation of about 30 minutes and a Q&A session of about 30 minutes following that.

Good morning. When we started to prepare for today's presentation, the world was different. The plan was to present to you record financials, to explain about what we did last year, and not -- last but not least, celebrate a little bit the very successful first year of listing within CTP.
