Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm excited to be here this morning. Why? Well, this is actually before or fourth appearance as the new team at NCB. And over the past four quarters, we have had to stabilize in terms of three parameters -- stabilize in terms of efficiency make sure that our governance was robust and strong and also stabilize in terms of the customer experience.
You see, NCB Financial Group, what most people don't realize is it's a unique combination -- unique in the world, combination of a major banking institution and a major insurance institution that doesn't exist in too many places in the world. And it's for us now to make sure we capitalize on those two entities that are under one roof would be a unique entity.
And in this case, at NCBFG. So we have to unleash the full power of the company. The combined -- the combination of a major insurance group and a major banking group under one umbrella. And that's what we are all about that is you had a huge growth opportunity
