(foreign language) Good day, everyone, and welcome to the 2020 Annual Shareholder Meeting of WSP Global Inc.

For the first time in the company's history, we will be holding this meeting virtually. The decision to hold a virtual meeting was made in an effort to contain the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic and to prioritize and support the well-being of all our shareholders, employees and other meeting attendees in line with public authority recommendations.

I wish to thank you all for joining us here today and adapting to this new format. Hosting our annual shareholder meeting virtually allows us to give an equal opportunity to all our shareholders to participate in the meeting regardless of their geographic location.
