Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and thank you so much for being virtually with us. I'm sure you know the most important piece of news of today, which is the streamlining or rationalization of the group, thanks to the merger of UnipolSai into Unipol Gruppo Finanziario.

We will be considering the exchange rates. So 0.3 Unipol shares, UnipolSai exchange 1 share. At the same time, Unipol Gruppo is now launching a voluntary cash-based offer or tender, the price is EUR2.70. Again, at the same time, we have announced the results of last year 2023.
