Good morning, everyone, and welcome. I'm very, very happy to be with you today in this wonderful convention center, which is managed by our teams, and we welcome this opportunity to share with you where we are going and how we are going to get there. So thank you for being with us today.

My team and I will go through a lot of detail with you during the course of the presentation. But at the outset, I want to really be clear on the key elements that we will share with you today.
