[Interpreted] Ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon. I'm Wout Dekker, I chair the Supervisory Board. I am pleased to open this General Meeting of Shareholders.

This meeting was initially scheduled to take place on March 24, but we had to cancel because of the measures applicable at that time introduced by the national government relating to the coronavirus. I'm pleased to welcome everybody attending this meeting online. This meeting is officially being conducted at the Randstad Diemen head office. And on behalf of the Executive Board, we have present, Jacques van den Broek, CEO; and Henry Schirmer, CFO. And on behalf of the Supervisory Board, in addition to myself, Frank Dorjee, Chair of the Audit Committee; and Antoinette Aris, Chair of the Remuneration Committee. We also have present here, Bas Savert from the Deloitte auditors firm at Agenda item 2D, adoption of the financial statements for 2019.
