Thank you, Jonathan. Hello everyone, and welcome to the Lender Presentation and Investor Call for Viskase.
With us today, presenting for the company are Tom Davis, Chairman, President and CEO; Michael Blecic, interim CFO, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer; Michael Schenker, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President; and Jerric Ramos, Vice President of FP&A.
