Good morning. Thank you for rejoining us. We're fortunate to have with us once again this year the management team of Johnson & Johnson's Worldwide Consumer Group. Specifically for purposes of this presentation, Alison Lewis, who is Chief Marketing Officer of J&J Consumer. Johnson & Johnson's Consumer business delivered $13.9 billion in global sales in 2018, returning to above-market growth, an acceleration that was fueled by innovative category-growing products as well as geographic expansion of multiple brands. Since last year's presentation, the company also announced the acquisitions of 2 new companies in fast-growing categories, Zarbee's in the nationally based OTC space and Dr.Ci:Labo in the premium beauty space.
