Good morning, and welcome to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Ubiquity Inc. It is now 10 a.m. Eastern Time, and the meeting will come to order. My name is Hartley Nisenbaum. I'm the General Counsel of the company, and I will be presiding over this meeting.
