Thank you, operator, and good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Joining me for today's conference call is our CFO, Manon Lacroix. Departing from our usual format and in light of the challenging quarter, I wanted to use the opening commentary of the call to take the time to reflect on the evolution of our business strategy. I believe it is important to look at the quarter in a broader context of what the business has achieved over the last 5 years and what lies ahead.
