All right, it's 11:01 Eastern Time. This meeting will come to order. Good morning. I'm Don Becker, Assistant General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of the Board of Turning Point Brands, Inc. It is my pleasure to welcome you to this Virtual Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
