Good morning. I'm Howard Lance, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Summit Materials. I want to welcome all of you to the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Summit Materials and call today's meeting to order.

In accordance with our bylaws, I will act as Chairperson of the meeting. It's now shortly after 8:00 a.m. Mountain Time, and this meeting is officially called to order.

In response to the COVID-19 global pandemic, because we are sensitive to public health, travel concerns of both our stockholders and employees, we're holding this year's meeting virtually. In addition, we believe this virtual format allows us to be more inclusive and reach a greater number of our stockholders. If you do encounter any technical difficulties during the meeting, there is a help portal you can access found on the bottom of your screen.
