Thank you to all for making this a very successful week -- showing up for a three. Very happy to have Neuronetics here. Just as a little bit of a background, Neuronetics is the manufacturer of the NeuroStar treatment, which is used in the treatment of major depressive disorder.

Frankly the stock struggled over the last year or so as growth has slowed. Then following that slowdown management started to change its corporate strategy to better address that [group] environment that we're seeing. So, we will walk through the background and the history with Steve Furlong, Neuronetics' CFO and member of the Interim Office of the President; as well as Andy Macan, SVP, General Counsel as well as second member of the Interim Office of the President.
