Thank you, Cecilia. Good morning, and thank you for joining today's conference call. Earlier this morning, we issued a press release announcing that Aptiv had signed a definitive agreement to acquire Wind River. The press release and related slide presentation can be found on the Investor Relations portion of our website at ir.aptiv.com.

Today's call and discussion will focus on Aptiv's announced agreement to acquire Wind River. We will not be discussing year-end or fourth quarter 2021 results, and look forward to discussing those topics during our earnings call on Thursday, February 3.
