Okay. So good afternoon, everyone. Welcome to the UBS Global Consumer and Retail Conference here in Boston. My name is Peter Grom. I'm the U.S. household products and personal care analyst here at UBS. And we are very excited to have joining us today from Colgate-Palmolive, John Faucher, Chief Investor Relations Officer and newly named Senior VP of M&A. Over the past few years, Colgate has implemented a number of strategic changes that has driven a return to organic sales growth at the high end of the company's 3% to 5% algorithm.
In terms of format today, I have a number of questions prepared that I plan to run through for the first 30 minutes or so.
