Thank you. Thanks, everyone. I appreciate your time. Thank you for listening to our story today. So who are we? Assure is an outsourced healthcare service provider of IONM services, interoperative neuro physiological monitoring.

On the bottom right here, you see a very typical diagram of one of our procedures, an operating room with a surgeon and patient. Next, you have a technologist. This is where Assure services begin. Our technologists are actually in the OR. In many cases, the surgeons see us as an extension of their own team.

In this case, we have a technologist with a number of sensors attached to the patient. And we are monitoring the patient's nervous system during highly invasive surgical procedures. That is our first level of care.

Secondarily, we remotely monitor via a neurologist the patient's nervous system as well as a secondary level of review. And this could be done remotely. This is
