Good day. And welcome to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders for Steel Connect, Inc. I would now like to turn the conference over to Maria Molland. Please go ahead.
Thank you. Good afternoon, everyone. I am Maria Molland. I'm a member of the special committee of the Board and an independent director of Steel Connect, Inc. I wish to welcome you to the 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. We appreciate your interest in our company, and we are pleased that you were able to attend this virtual meeting.
At the outset, I wish to describe how we will conduct the meeting. First, there are some statements that must be made regarding the rules of conduct, notice of the meeting, the presence of a quorum and related matters. There are six matters at today's meeting to be voted on. After the report on the votes, the official portion of the meeting will conclude.
And we will then answer questions. Given the virtual format of this year's meeting, all questions should be submitted through the virtual meeting
