Thank you. Hello, ladies and gentlemen, the meeting is now called to order. I want to welcome all of you to the 2022 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Sentage Holdings, Inc. I'm Qiaoling Lu, CEO and Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the company, and I will be presiding over this meeting.

I would like to introduce the officers and the directors of the company that are joining us today. Our Director, Yiheng Guo; CFO, Jianhua Chen; and our independent director, Michael John Viotto. Yiheng Guo will serve as the secretary of the meeting. Tony Carideo will serve as our Inspector of Elections. Also present are Linda Ni and Kanglin Yu the coming new from Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li LLC, our outside legal counsel.
