Okay. Good, I guess, now afternoon, everyone on the east coast. Welcome back. As most of you know, my name is Jack Atkins Richard, I'm a research analyst here at Stephens Inc. covering the transportation sector. And it's a great honor to have the management team from Schneider here with us for 12 o'clock eastern session. For those of you who don't know Schneider, I think most of you probably do, but for those who don't, Schneider is the second largest truckload carrier in the United States and they're headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin. They're also one of the large providers of intermodal capacity in the United States as well. They've got a large brokerage business. Truly a platform company.
