Good afternoon, everybody. My name is Kimberly Greenberger, I'm the specialty softline, department store and branded apparel analyst for Morgan Stanley, and we're very pleased to host REVOLVE with us this afternoon. REVOLVE is a $1 billion-plus market cap next-generation fashion e-commerce retailer that targets millennial and Gen Z consumers and REVOLVE completed its IPO in 2019. The company generated over $600 million in sales last year, with 79% of net sales at full price. REVOLVE sells both third-party brands and its own brands on its website. Unlike many of its e-commerce peers, REVOLVE's business model translates to actual profit and cash flow with an operating margin of 8% and free cash flow of $34 million last year. REVOLVE is supported by a proprietary technology platform, which enables a data-driven read-and-react merchandising model and customized user experience as well as a deeply engaged community of millions of consumers and a network of more than 4,500 influencers.
