All right. Well, it is 1:01. So we'll get started and that way we can go through the formalities here of the AGM, and then we have a Q1 presentation because we just released the Q1 numbers. So we'll get started, and take it from there. So first of all, good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Welcome to the 14th Annual General Meeting of RediShred Capital Corp. and the second annual meeting we've done on Zoom. So -- I mean that's hopefully, we won't be doing too many more of these by Zoom.

If you've not already done so, would you please register your attendance with the scrutineers and deposit any proxies? I will now call the meeting to order. My name is Jeffrey Hasham. I am the CEO of RediShred Capital Corp., and I will act as Chairman of the meeting. With me here virtually this afternoon is Brad Foster, our Chairman of the Audit Committee; and Kasia Pawluk, our Chief Financial Officer. Kasia will act as the Secretary of this meeting.
