Good morning, and welcome to the 2022 Annual Stockholder Meeting of Power Solutions International, Inc. I am Fabrizio Mozzi, I'm the Chairman of the Board of PSI. It is my pleasure to welcome you here today for this meeting and to introduce Dino Xykis, PSI Interim Chief Executive Officer who will be serving today as our moderator.

We're excited to once again host our virtual shareholder meeting, which allows us to safely hold the annual meeting while also being more inclusive and reaching to a greater number of our shared stockholders.
