Good afternoon, everyone. Thank you for joining us today. The past quarter has been among the most important and pivotal for our airline, marked by significant achievements and crucial milestones that will propel our growth and performance.
I'm sure most, if not all, of you are aware, the Cebu Pacific placed an order for up to 152 narrow-body aircraft from Airbus, the largest aircraft order in the country's aviation history. Valued at $24 billion based on these prices, it is also the largest investment commitment into the Philippines, a move that made headlines not only locally but with the international audience as well.
But that's not the only story we're excited to tell. This quarter we flew 6 million passengers, the highest number of quarterly passengers we've ever flown. This was supported by the peak of summer and school break in the country. More recently, we also applied for quasi-reorganization that will accelerate our ability to make shareholder distributions.
