Thank you so much, and a warm welcome to this call on the 26th of January. So good morning, and welcome to everyone. First of all, as today, clearly, our industry continues to go through a challenged time. As we have also experienced especially in Q4, supply chain instability are still causing, not only the material cost inflation, but also challenging us in significant delays in logistics and others. Therefore, as a consequence of that, it has not been possible for us to mitigate all of those when we executed Q4. And especially on the cost side, in order for us to deliver the EBIT within our guidance issued in the back end of Q3 around the 4% means also that's the reason for the
