Welcome to the 2021 annual meeting of stockholders of NanoVibronix, Inc. I would now like to introduce Brian Murphy, Chief Executive Officer and a director of NanoVibronix, Inc.
Thank you. Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. I'm Brian Murphy, Chief Executive Officer and Director of NanoVibronix, Inc. I welcome you to our annual meeting of stockholders. I'd like to start by introducing the officers and directors of the company who are virtually participating in the meeting today: Mr. Stephen Brown, our Chief Financial Officer; Dr. Harold Jacob, Chief Medical Officer and Director.
Henry Gomez and Gokhan Turhan of Marcum LLP is also virtually participating in the meeting. I will conduct and act as Chairman of the meeting. Mr. Brown will act as Secretary of the meeting. I hereby call the meeting to order. Richard Leza of the Carideo Group has been appointed as the Inspector of Election, and Mr. Leza is participating in the virtual meeting as well.
