Thank you and good afternoon and welcome to O-I's First Virtual Annual Shareowners Meeting. I am Carol Williams, O-I's independent Board of Directors Chair and will be leading this meeting.

As previously announced, we are holding our Annual Shareholders Meeting virtually this year to protect the health and safety of all stakeholders, and we appreciate everyone's effort in support of that.
