Hello, everyone, and thanks for joining us today. I am super pleased to be here with Julie Sweet, who the Board selected to be Accenture's next Chief Executive Officer on September 1. And I'm also excited to assume the role of Executive Chairman of the Board at that time as well. We're both going to say a few words and then we're going to take your questions.
