Good evening and welcome, everybody. Before starting to give some comments on 2018 final numbers, I would like to inform you that this call, we get attended not only by myself and Stefano De Rosa, the CFO of FILA Group, but also by Mr. Luca Pelosin, which is the CEO of FILA for the operations; by Mr. Jim Schmitz, which is the CEO of North America Operation, and [Mr. John Calder], the COO of North America.

Going to comment the 2018 performance, I think that we can be pleased by the results we have been able to achieve in the last quarter. I think I should call the third quarter, we had some delays, especially in the organic growth both for EBITDA and sales. Last quarter has been, I would say, extremely positive both for sales and EBITDA. In Fact, we have been able to turn that growth positive into positive numbers. This is, I think, quite important because when we finally draw the line of 2018, I think that we are able to draw some conclusions that despite we have put in place a lot of challenges, probably too many in one fiscal year.
