Good morning. I hope not too many people are still outside. Ladies and gentlemen, dear shareholders, in my capacity as Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board, I assume the chair and open the 150th annual general meeting of Wienerberger AG.

I welcome the shareholders of our Company and their representatives, the members of the Supervisory Board and the Managing Board, CEO Heimo Scheuch and CFO Willy Van Riet. As our guest I welcome [Mr. Gard Montebaur] as the representative of the statutory auditor and the group auditor Deloitte Wirtschaftsprüfungs GmbH Vienna as well as the representatives of the media.

Dr. Bernhard Kirchl, Notary Public in Vienna, will certify the resolutions adopted slide today's AGM and supervise the voting procedure. Today's AGM is recorded on tape exclusively to support the Notary Public in drawing up the minutes. The recording will be available to anybody but the Notary.
