Ladies and gentlemen, dear shareholders. Well, first of all, I'd like to thank you for being here today, and welcome to this Annual Meeting. For those of you have been with the Air France-KLM Group for many years. You know that this is not a purely formal exercise and that we want to have a real exchange with you.
